Four listings parked on this Aviator apron
I had four URLs, one morning, and a rule: do not invent a fifth. The apron is a place to park cards I actually finished reading, not a shelf I keep restocking with similar titles.
Two systems, two set pieces
Infinite Flight and X-Plane are the systems pair. Both publish large rating samples, both sell extra world or fleet behind purchases, both expect you to sit in a cockpit. They still do not describe the same product: one streams a globe and asks for a network; the other lists five free regions and a 1.08 GB install.
US Airplane Pilot and Air Force Jets are the set-piece pair. Missions and dogfights. Smaller samples. I kept them because they were on the supplied list, and because an apron that only kept the two heavy sims would have been a different assignment.
Age of the current version
On 14 October 2026 the spread was ugly in a useful way. Infinite Flight had moved on 6 October 2026. The dogfight card still showed 23 October 2024. That gap is a fact. It is why NO. 4 sits where it sits.
What I will not do next
I will not average the four star ratings into a fake index. I will not write “downloads” for an App Store card. I will not host a binary so you can skip the store.
Related: the four reviews, how the cut was made.
